BG-BETON LTD. was registered on 22.06.2007. The Company is a successor of the Single Proprietor AUTO-ET-Evgeni-Troliev, incorporated on 12.10.1992.

The subject of activity of the Company encompasses the production, transportation and laying of concrete and building mortars by using proprietary concrete pumps. For the realization of its activity the company disposes with five completely equipped concrete units and 44 specialized machines. In view of optimizing the costs through reducing the transport distances and for the purposes of rendering prompt services to customers at high quality level, the production bases are located in such way so that they can cover to maximum extent the territory of the city of Sofia, namely:

• Concrete unit at 97, Simeonovsko shosse Blvd.
• Concrete unit in Gorublyane Residential District at 3, Eng.Georgi Belov Street
• Concrete unit at 15, Chepinsko shosse Blvd.

All production bases are completely automated in compliance with the international requirements and standards for concrete production. Their modern equipment guarantees the high production quality all over the year. The production concrete base which is located at 97, Simeonovo shosse Blvd. is equipped with a new high-technological concrete mixing machine “Liebherr” having a capacity of 102m³/hour, and the concrete production base located at 15, Chepinsko shosse Blvd. is equipped with two-shaft concrete mixing machine “Liebherr” with a capacity of 100m³/hour. The total capacity of the concrete units is 262 m³/hour.

BG-BETON LTD. disposes with its own transportation, concrete laying and other specialized technique, namely:

• 25 nos. of concrete trucks
• 10 nos. concrete pumps with an arrow’s length:
• 24 m - 3 nos.
• 32 m - 1 no.
• 43 m - 4 nos.
• 48 m - 1 nos.
• 52 m - 1 nos.
• concrete dump truck, etc.

For the maintenance of the vehicle fleet (transport vehicles, machines and facilities) a service station was erected, which has its proprietary tool base.

The formulations as used for the concrete production are approved by the company NISI EOOD, which is accredited by the Executive Agency Bulgarian Construction Agency. In addition to the full range of concrete and building mortars, BG-BETON LTD. produces also concrete according to the specific requirements of the company’s customers. For improving the concrete quality plastification agents, anti-freezing agents, and other chemical agents are used. The materials and row materials used for concrete and mortar production are supplied by leading companies and are accompanied by quality certificates.

The product quality is guaranteed by:

• Production Control and Routine Control System of the produced concrete and mortars

Based on the certificates issued by NISI EOOD and the records obtained from the routine control, BG-BETON LTD. issues to all its customers the respective, Declarations of Conformity. Since the month July 2003 the company’s production is certificated under ISO 9001:2000 by two international certificates:UKAS /English/ and ANAB /American/ and certificated in 2009 by ISO 9001:2008.
